Apparently, Tila Tequila seeking custody of Casey Johnson’s daughter, Ava, because she says that Casey would have wanted it that way.

The Johnson family dispatched Bijou Phillips and Nicky Hilton to retrieve Casey’s dogs right after her untimely death, yet she thinks a court of law is going to grant her the kid?!?? I want some of whatever she’s smokin’.

She can’t be trusted with dogs, let alone a human life. I can just see her now, with Ava, posing in a tree for the paparazzi.

Samantha Ronson must have gotten really tired of hearing all of the hoopla surrounding Tila Tequila and her “loss”. As we reported, Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson passed away on January 5th.

Since, Tila, her proclaimed fiancee, has been tweeting non-stop asking for privacy and even posing for the paparazzi in some smiling photos outside of her home.

Samantha has had enough! Today, she tweeted, “tila tequila keeps saying she hasn’t slept in days. she should explain this tweet “I saw her in my dream again twice.” #presswhorefactcheck”.

Ha! Get ‘em girl! All of this and it hasn’t even been a week. What does next week hold for us???

Just after the reported death of Tila’s reported fiancee, Casey Johnson, Tila tweeted about her loss. Then, tweeted and tweeted some more.

She wants her privacy, for sure. That’s famewhore for ATTENTION ON ME!!!!

TMZ is reporting that Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson has just become the first celebrity of 2010 to die unexpectedly.

Her body was found in L.A. and was discovered this morning. The cause of death is still unknown at this time. Johnson was reportedly engaged (per her Twitter profile) to reality TV personality Tila Tequila.

So tragic. She was only 30-years-old.
