Dina Lohan must be out of her ever lovin’ mind. Since her ex-husband Michael barged into Lindsay’s apartment with the cops, Dina has kept mum. She said that she was advised by her attorneys to keep her trap shut.

Since the reasoning behind Michael’s bust-in was to check on his daughter Ali’s welfare, Dina has come to bat for her eldest daughter.

In response to all of the hoopla, Dina said, “Lindsay is absolutely, 100 percent, not (a bad influence). Ali is amazing. She loves her sister. Would I let my daughter go anywhere that’s dangerous? I mean, come on, Ali and Lindsay need to be protected from their ex-father. That’s the dangerous situation… He’s creating a worse situation for everyone.”

I don’t think Lindsay would be a good enough guardian for herself. Sheesh, just look at how many times she’s fallen out of bars already this year.

Apparently Michael Lohan and Jon Gosselin are about to throw down in a celebrity boxing match. I’m still wondering when the celebrities are going to show up.

Also another Jon related rumor has popped up. Since getting matching retarded tattoos, it’s been said that Michael is now dating Jon’s sloppy seconds, Kate Major.

Fueling the fire is Kate, who said this on her Twitter, “2010: i have a list of resolutions! Right now i am happy and just want the drama to end. My loyalty will always be 2 him! Happy 2010! :)”

Jeez, I wonder who that could be?

Apparently, even though Dina Lohan yapped to anyone who would listen (I’m looking at you, TMZ) about Michael owing back child support to the tune of $40,000, he calls BS.

He said, “Court papers indicate Dina claims it is $15,000 not $40,000. Dina received a lot of cash from me as well as commissions on business deals I executed, which she fails to mention…we will straighten this out in the next few weeks and start the new year on a positive note. Regardless of what Dina says or what happened, I respect her and will always love her as the mother of my children and a special person. She is a breath of fresh air after what I have gone through over the past two years.”

I wonder what ever does he mean? Mike?

Michael Lohan has taken to threatening legal action against people, so why should his ex-fiancee’s father be any different?

Apparently Erin Muller’s father did something to pee in Mike’s Wheeties, because he said this on his Twitter earlier today:

recording contract, BMW X5, lts of gifts and cash all waiting! When you listen to the wrong people, it all goes to waste! When will we learn

He also said he was contacting his attorney over someone claiming to be Erin on Twitter:

The fake Erin’s account has since been deleted, as well as having the fake Michael Lohan’s account suspended.
