According to sources, Jon Cryer’s ex-wife may have threatened the actor on the set of “Two And A Half Men.”

Imagine that, violence and drama that doesn’t involve Charlie Sheen.

Security has flooded the set of “Two and a Half Men” after a threat was made against Jon Cryer.

Sources connected with the show tell us the threat was “significant.” We’re also told it involves the turbulent divorce with Jon’s ex-wife.

Sources tell us the taping will now go on, but because of security concerns, there will be no audience tonight.

Trigger’s mouthpiece said, “There’s no reason in the world why Sarah would do anything like that.”

Just a few weeks back, this blind item was all over the internet. Gee, I wonder this could be??

However, his wife has been consulting very quietly with a prominent divorce attorney, and has also been asking a lot of questions around town about their stock portfolio and bank accounts.
We’ve heard it’s because her husband’s former bouts with both substance abuse and the kind of sex that requires a fat bank account have made comeback. While he is working and he still has the fat bank account, he has lost his grip on both fidelity and sobriety.

His wife has had enough, and has her foot halfway out the door. Dude, you’d better get your act together before she takes you to the cleaners, because your PR people are going to have a tough time spinning you out of this one. The girl may be pretty, but – in case it hasn’t dawned on you yet – she sure isn’t dumb.

There’s some seriously whack stuff going on at the Sheen/Mueller household on Christmas. First, apparently Charlie Sheen reportedly “shared a song for his daughter whom he fathered with another woman”, which made her jealous. He says the fighting began at 3:30 AM and escalated to the point where Brooke threatened to divorce him and take their children. She said that he held her down and threatened her with a knife to her throat.

He denied threatening her with a knife, but did say that he carries one in his travel bag.

Brooke said that they argued, she threatened divorce, and he grabbed her by the upper part of throat and straddled her on the bed. She claimed that he pulled a knife on her and held it to her throat, saying, “You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I’ll kill you. You’re mother’s money means nothing. I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won’t leave any trace.”

After the incident, she claimed to have told him, “You’re right. You’re right. You’re right. I’m sorry. I love you.”

Brooke Mueller called 911 on Christmas morning, claiming that her husband, Charlie Sheen had a knife.

In the audio, below, you can hear her drunken call to the 911 operator, as she was frantically saying that she needed to file the report. She also said that there were others there separating the two of them.

Charlie was subsequently arrested and released on $8,500 bond.

Since his arrest on Christmas morning, it was rumored that Charlie Sheen would be retiring from acting. Not so, according to the actor himself.

He said that the idea of retirement would “be a mistake.”

He said, “There’s been some talk about that [retiring]. People thought that I was depressed because of the contract negotiations or whatever. I had a fantasy when I was a lot younger of retiring at 40, then I ended up on this hit show everybody seems to love. So retiring right now might be a bit of a mistake.”

Is he getting off too lightly for the scuffle that ended up with his arrest? There was a knife involved after all.

Sources have revealed that the incident that landed Charlie Sheen in the pokey yesterday “involved a weapon of some sort”.

According to E! News, a weapon was confirmed to be a part of the domestic violence dispute that got Charlie arrested on Christmas. He has since been release after posting $8,500 bond.

Charlie will be returning to court on February 8, 2010.

Actor Charlie Sheen was arrested earlier today in Aspen, Colorado, after being charged with domestic violence offenses. According to sources, his victim was his wife, Brooke Mueller. He was charged at 8:34 AM with felond second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief.

His publicist, Stan Rosenfield, said, “Don’t be misled by appearances. Appearances and reality can be as different as night and day.”
