Shia LaBeouf has been arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI, after colliding with another vehicle last night at around 3am. He had a female passenger in the car, who only suffered several bumps and bruises, according to TMZ.
Shia is in surgery now to fix his left hand, which was injured when he rolled his car last night.
He’s not being punished with a felony DUI because his passenger was not harmed in the incident.
Christian Bale has been arrested for allegedly attacking his 61-year old mother and his sister.
He was nabbed by cops in England right after his London premiere of The Dark Knight.

Apparently the creepy comedian was outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings Wednesday night when he felt the need to pee outside in the parking lot. Someone called the cops, to find Andy inside of his SUV in the passenger side. He was said to have groped the 17-year-old girl that he was with and was found with a Xanax and some weed in his pants pocket.
Creepo’s bond was set at $5,000, let’s hope they keep him.
