We told you earlier that Elizabeth Taylors rare collection of Jewelry was auctioned off in New York yesterday at Christie’s and we have learned that a certain Kardashian was responsible for $65k of the $116 million spent last night.
TMZ learned today that Kim Kardashian spent the $65k on three jade and diamond bracelets that once belonged to the late Liz Tayor. She managed to out bid a gang of major jewelry collectors in order to score the braceletts.
We’re told Kim believes jade harnesses energy … and now that she owns the bracelets, KK feels she will share a deeper connection to the Hollywood icon.
Although she does not have actual possession of the jewelry yet that doesn’t stop her from showing off about it. As much as I would like to rag on her about this, at least for once she put some money into a real cause, instead of stupidity!
