Since this was shot in the mirror, the tattoo would be under the boob that is hidden. In either case, the jaw line on this person is too square to me Miley.

The tattoo is under her left breast, which is the one shown in the picture. Whether it was taken in the mirror or not it is no different than if it was a spectator.

Since this woman–now identified as a not-very-close Miley look-alike–is facing into a hallway away from the bathroom, where would the mirror be? In every Westin I’ve ever stayed in, there were no mirrors lining the hallways. It’s pretty likely that this faker took a mirror-iPhone picture of herself and then photoshopped it into a picture of a standard Westin bathroom. There are no shadows cast from her body onto the floor.

The pic was taken before she got the tattoo. It’s been circulating on 4chan, etc., for months. And after a lot of scrutiny, the pervs on 4chan determined it is, in fact, Miley.
