Jessica Simpson trash talks Melrose PlaceJessica Simpson is taking up for her sister after she was canned from “Melrose Place”.

Like a good sister, Jessica plainly called the show “crap” after they gave Ashlee the boot.

She took to her Twitter page to say this:

CW catching up on MP.who writes this crap?i have had bad scripts to work with,but this?thank God my sister is amazing and got you some press.

I guess she’s saying what her sister wants to say, but doesn’t want to be looked at like she’s unprofessional for saying it.

Have you seen the new “Melrose Place”?  If so, what are your thoughts on it?

I haven’t seen it, but I do know that they are bringing back Heather Locklear.  Rumor had it that she had something to do with Ashlee getting fired from the show.  But that’s just a rumor, at this point.

  1. I haven’t seen it but I didn’t watch the original show, either. I can’t really take Ashlee Simpson seriously as an artist of any kind after what she did on SNL and the b.s. excuse she used for it. Plus, I can’t detect any talent there….what am I missing?

  4. I LOVE the new Melrose Place. But then again, I watch any show with a crack whore or a desperate housewife vying for media attention. I don’t remember seeing Ashley on their though… or maybe she just got another nose job and I didn’t recognize her.

  6. I watched the original Melrose, but I like to think I’m older and wiser now to have learned not to watch the new one! I can’t tolerate these types of shows anymore. Even Desperate Housewives has the same formula of everyone just swapping partners! On the original Melrose I was out when the last female character slept with Jake. Then finally EVERYONE had slept with Jake. Agggg!!!
