The Breaking Bad season finale is this Sunday, May 31, 2009 at 10pm on AMC.
I can’t wait and I’ll be bummed, all in one day. I’m excited for the finale, because this is a really awesome show. But I bummed because after the finale, there’s a Breaking Bad drought in my house until it comes back on.
Last week’s show left us with Walt looking over Jane and Jesse as they slept off their heroin high. All of the sudden, Jane chokes and dies and Walt does nothing to help her.
It’s all gravy, though. I didn’t like her that much anyways. She got in the way of Walt and Jesse’s meth making expeditions.
And you know you can’t screw with their drug money, right? Especially when it’s a over a half-million split between the two of them.
I’m wondering where they’ll be going with the next season, though. The writers have put Walter into remission with his cancer, and thus, he has no further reason to cook meth. For those who don’t watch, he was cooking meth because he was dying and wanted to take care of his wife and their son (and baby on the way).
Now he’s left with all this money, and no real way to funnel it into their otherwise working class lives.
I can’t wait to see the show on Sunday, I’ve heard good things.
