Angelina Jolie has been injured on the set of her new movie, Salt.
She was shooting the movie on Long Island when she reportedly bumped her head and got some sort of nick in between her eyes. She bled a little bit and was taken to a nearby hospital.
Her manager says that she was filming a stunt when the incident happened, but she’s fine.
The movie’s production company issued this statement:
“This morning while filming an action sequence…Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined. Production on the film has resumed.”
It sounds like they are just being sure that this “nick” doesn’t develop into anything worse. You can never bee too careful.
