Jennifer Garner had her baby!!

Jennifer Garner has had her second daughter with Ben Affleck, it has been reported.

The name and weight of their new addition has not yet been revealed, but her mouthpiece says, "Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl."

Glad to hear that their family is doing well.  I was wondering when she was going to pop.

She was seen going to the hospital twice before actually having the baby, so I was figuring it was getting really close to the end of her pregnancy.

Congratulations to them!

Amy Winehouse drops Norwegian marijuana appeal

Amy Winehouse got herself into hot water in Norway in 2007.  She was caught with her hubby Blake and a crew member with a quarter-ounce of marijuana there.

They all confessed and paid up on the fines, but that prohibited Amy from being allowed in the U.S. to perform at the Grammys.

She had attempted to get the charge overturned on appeal, but Norwegian authorities say that she pled guilty by paying the fine.

She has since dropped her bid in getting the charges reversed.  But, that move will not do her any favors when trying to perform here in the States any time soon.

Hopefully, she's getting her life together and is staying away from the drugs.  She has true talent, it'd be a shame for her to lose that.

Paris Hilton lies

Paris Hilton claims that she's only been with several men.  I would've believed that statement if she ended it with "that have been on tape", but sadly, she lies lies lies.

Paris says that contrary to popular belief, she's not a man chaser and that she's "only had sex with a couple of people."

She adds, "People make up stories, but mostly I just kiss.  I think it's important to play hard to get.  Nobody wants the fake Prada bag; they want the brand new bag that no one can get and is the most expensive.  If you give it up to a guy he won't respect youl he'll want you much more if he can't have you."

Let's see, we have proof of the tryst with Rick Salomon via the "movie", "One Night In Paris".  Next up there's that icky greasy dude, Brandon Davis, then Stavros Niarchos, then Benji Madden.  That we know of.  Is that just a couple? Oh yeah, that's right, we can't expect her to know how to count.  I keed, I keed.

Lily Allen threatens to post Katy Perry's phone number

Katy Perry started something with Lily Allen that she tried to put to bed by apologizing, but apparently that wasn't enough for the singer.

Last month, Katy Perry practically called Lily Allen fat, saying that she was a skinnier version of the British singer.  That didn't sit well with Lily, who replied for her to "Shut up!"

After the fuss, Katy apologized, calling herself a comedian and said she didn't mean anything by the comment.

Lily has obviously had enough and has threatened to release Katy's phone number on the internet.

She said on her Facebook, "I have Katy Perry's number, someone did me a favour.  I'm just waiting for her to open her mouth one mmore time then it hits Facebook."

Snap!

That post has already been deleted, but if I were Katy, I'd keep a lid on it.

Jett Travolta Died of Seizure Disorder

The death of John Travolta and Kelly Preston's son, Jett, was surrounded by controversy until the results of his autopsy were released yesterday.

The 16-year-old died of seizure disorder and was killed by a seizure, according to his death certificate. 

The mortician also announced that there was no sign of head trauma.

A source close to the proceedings said that there was no foul play in accordance to what happened with Jett's death. 

Hope their family can recover from this, in time.  May Jett rest in peace.

Heath Ledger's insurance company is trying not to pay

It's a shame that it's come to this.  In January, Heath Ledger passed away from what was deemed an accidental overdose of prescription medications.

Well, his insurance company, ReliaStar, is dragging its feet in paying the claim.  They've stated that they are trying to investigate whether or not Heath committed suicide.  Even though the medical examiner already pronounced his death an accident.

If that wasn't bad enough, they're also trying to claim that Heath lied on his application, which would also make it null and void.

Lawyers acting on behalf of Matilda Ledger are suing the insurance company.  They say that it's a transparent ploy to avoid paying the money.

Sheisty mofos!  Trying to scam a two-year-old out of her money.  Now that's just low.

Heather Locklear arrested last night!

Two months after getting out of a rehab center in Arizona, Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night.

According to the California Highway Patrol, she was arrested and held in Santa Barbara County, last night.

She was released today and no further details of the arrest have been made public.

So that only leaves us to speculate as to why she got arrested.  DUI?

Ryan Reynolds & Scarlett Johansson got married!

Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds have tied the knot in a quiet ceremony in Canada, yesterday.

The couple reportedly exchanged vows at a picturesque resort outside of Vancouver.

Congrats!

Scarlett's a lucky girl!  Not only is Ryan hot, but he'd fly a few thousand miles just to have lunch with her!

R.I.P. Paul Newman (1925 - 2008)

Paul Newman has passed away yesterday of cancer at his farmhouse in Westport, CT.

He was surrounded by friends and family at the time of his passing.  He was 83 years old.

He is survived by his wife Joanne Woodward.

May he rest in peace.

Shia LaBeouf didn't know he smashed his hand in the accident

When he flipped his truck over twice, Shia LaBeouf had no idea that he smashed his hand.  His concern at the time was getting Isabel Lucas out of the truck.

He says, "You're in fight or flight mode.  There was a lot going on.  It hit on her side, so I was extremely fearful of that and then it was about getting her out, getting the people in the other car out, and only after everything's settled, then you realize what's happened."

Shia acted selflessly, where he shown great caring for another person.  Kudos to him on that.

Think they're a couple or was he just being a good samaritan?

Stan Lee wants Will Smith to be a black Captain America

Comic book creator Stan Lee wants to make Will Smith the first black Captain America, but only if Barack Obama wins the presidential election.

A movie version of the comic is planned for 2011.

Matthew McConaughey was tipped to play the role, but Stan says it could go to Will if Obama becomes the first black president.

Stan says, "I would love us to do something with Will Smith.  It would be a real leap to make Captain America black...but then again, I don't know.  It might be a really smart thing.  If Barack Obama becomes President who knows....suddenly a lot of our characters will be black!"

I could definitely see Will Smith as Captain America.  There really isn't a part that he couldn't play.  He's that good of an actor.  Am I alone in this?

Gay leaders applaud Clay Aiken

Clay Aiken recently made the tough decision to come out to People magazine.  He has thrilled officials at GLAAD as they are saluting him for going public with the news.

GLAAD President Neil Giuliano says, "We congratulate Clay for making this decision and for setting an example for others and his family.  As we're seeing, more and more gay people, including celebrities, are living openly and honestly, and this has tremendous impact in terms of creating awareness and acceptance."

As for the claymates, while on the boards lurking, I noticed that they were all pretty much in a state of shock.  I can imagine they were alone in that one.  I knew he was gay when he was on American Idol.  It wasn't news then and it really isn't now, but we are happy for him if he's happy.

Travis Barker is getting out of the hospital in two weeks

According to his buddy Jermaine Dupri who visited him in the hospital, Travis Barker will be healthy enough to be released in two weeks.

He says that Travis is doing well and feeling the love from his fans.

He has a newly customized hospital room, complete with computers and iPods, and everything he needs.  Dupri says, "You got to make sure he is comfortable."

DJ AM is already back in L.A., after his hospital stay.  Smart guy, he took a bus.  Can't say that I blame him at all.

Best wishes to DJ AM and Travis Barker.  Our condolences go out to the families of those lost.  They are in our prayers.

Porn painting/collage of Paris Hilton

Jonathan Yeo, a well-known British artist, is exhibiting his collage portraits of George W. Bush and Paris Hilton.  So what makes these portraits so special?  They're made entirely out of porn, much like Paris' career.

He got the idea for the collages when the White House canceled a commission to paint Bush in 2004.  He did the collage anyway, but this time using pieces of porno mags.

The best magazine cover...ever

Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart teamed up for the cover of the new Entertainment Weekly.  This is pure comedy genius.

I love these two.  The Colbert Report is definitely one of my favorite shows on Comedy Central.

Nice fist bump, guys, now we know who the terrorists are.

David Blaine knows he sucks

David Blaine had a spiffy finale planned for his latest "stunt".  Apparently, he was supposed to dive from the platform and be whisked away by balloons. 

But, as we already know, things didn't go according to plan.  According to him, it was due to none other than mother nature.

He says, "I wasn't going to let everybody down, so I just jumped, and somehow the guys with the balloons made it work, and they pulled me slowly up and I went over into the park and they pulled me down."

All of that was done to the sound of boos from the crowd.

Britney Spears' new song, Womanizer

Check out Britney Spears' new song Womanizer below and let me know what you think!

She sounds a bit different from her older stuff.  This will likely have the clubs hopping, but I have a feeling that it's just mediocre Britney.

I really liked that song that was making it's rounds on the net, Strangers with Candy.  I thought that song would've rocked as her new single.  It's a shame that wasn't her, because I could've played that over and over.  (And I still might).

Clay Aiken got $500k to come out to People

People magazine paid Clay Aiken the paultry sum of $500,000 for his coming out story and for photographs of him with his son, Parker.

The amount is definitely nothing to sneeze at, but other celebrities were paid far more for their baby pics.  Weren't there enough Claymates for them to give him a better fee?

A People editor says that it's basically not worth it to shuck out the big bucks for celebrities and their babies due to the current economy.  She says, "When the economy is the mess it is now, it makes more sense to look at the pictures waiting in line instead of buying the thing."

I think more of the Claymates picked up this issue of the magazine because they wanted the details behind his decision to come out.

Britney Spears & K-Fed going to counseling?

It's being rumored that former married couple Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are going to couple's counseling to work out their problems.

A source reports that part of their therapy is to go on dates with each other and that Britney is excited. 

I don't know if I'm buying any of this yet.  I'll have to see it to believe it. 

The two of them are said to be waiting it out for six months, but if all goes well during that time, they'll move back in with each other.

I was always of the mind that Kevin was using Britney for her money and the fact that they had two kids as a result of their marriage, was his meal ticket.  I'm calling BS on this whole couple's counseling crap right now.  Not buying it.
